Steeped in their Innu roots, Maten is group born between the shores of the St. Lawrence and the boreal forest of Mani-utenam on the North Shore of Quebec.<br> Nitepuatauat is a prayer that Maten sings, imploring their ancestors to guide them with their wisdom, to show them the path of forgiveness, for the healing of their people, for their children who are still suffering.
